Crestore allows customers to request order cancellation before dispatch, subject to operational feasibility and the applicable order status.
This policy explains when cancellation may be requested, how refunds are handled for eligible prepaid orders, COD cancellation conditions and circumstances in which Crestore may cancel an order.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched, subject to operational feasibility.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation of Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated according to our Refund Policy.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the applicable bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other financial institution.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required where the order has not been prepaid.
Cancellation availability for COD orders remains subject to the order status and operational feasibility.
When Crestore May Cancel an Order
Crestore may cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery limitations
- Incorrect or incomplete order information where applicable
